- Capital Raising – Raising capital for private and publicly-listed companies thru Debt, Equity, and/or Mezzanine financing.
- Local/International Listing and Compliance Management – Advise client companies on the steps and requirements needed to get listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange as well as other International Exchanges.
- Mergers & Acquisitions – Engage private and publicly-listed clients companies during Mergers & Acquisitions by assisting them during valuation, structuring, negotiations, and financing.
- Corporate Financial Advisory – Provide advice on improving client’s capital structure, corporate structure, financial position, and investor sentiment.
- Fund Management Advisory – Provide advice in managing the funds of high net worth individuals.
- Equity Research for Brokerages and Institutional Clients – Provide weekly and monthly updates and analysis on the US and Philippine stock markets as well as provide views on companies that would provide the best investment proposition. Company caters mostly to stock brokerages and government financial institutions.

- Basic Technical Analysis – Basics in Chart Analysis, reading Chart Patterns, basic chart indicators, and Trading Techniques
- Advanced Technical Analysis – Advanced Chart Analysis through Elliot Wave and other reading other advanced indicators
- Fundamental Analysis – Techniques in reading financial statements, computing basic fundamental data such as PE, EPS, BV, and determining the true financial position of the company
